Western High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame

Nominations are now open for the 2019 Hall of Fame.  If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please complete the alumni nomination form below. Be as thorough and detailed as  possible and include your contact information. A member of the Hall of Fame Committee will follow up. If you need assistance please email [email protected] 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Nominee must have attended or worked Western High School (student, faculty or administrator)
  2. A person may nominate themselves by meeting the requirements and submitting an application or may be sponsored.
  3. If sponsored the person submitting application must have obtained verbal/signature agreement with nominee or family member.
  4. Sponsor of nominee must insure that the person or a family member will be present at the induction ceremony if the nominee is awarded the honor
  5. The nominee must be a citizen in good standing
  6. Nominees that attended Western High School, but also attended other schools will be considered if they meet the guidelines of the application
  7. If a nominee is not selected, a new application can be submitted for each year after

PROCEDURE:

  • The WHSAA Board has the right to appoint a committee/ chairman to conduct the overseeing  of the Western High School Hall of Fame

  • The WHSAA Board has the final review and approval  of the Hall of Fame nominations and recipient

  • An application can be denied without comment by the WHSAA Board

  • Only applications submitted by announced deadline date will be considered for the WHSAA Hall of Fame

  • The WHSAA will determine the number of Hall of Fame inductees for each year
